My Tip

I purchased this SSD drive to replace the small Tesla supplied thumb drive, it easily fits in the glovebox and will record many hours of dashcam & Sentry Alert footage, so you shouldn't miss/lose any vital footage of incidents.

My Tip

These are really good quality, you can get them with or without the the carpet toppers, i went for the carpet toppers (front and back footwells), they fit like a glove and are much better than the Tesla supplied ones, they are easy to keep clean and they should keep your carpets looking like new, i've kept the original Tesla ones for when i sell the car in the future.

My Tip

If you've just bought a new car, try and leave the original screen protector on until you are ready to fit this as it means its much easier to clean before fitting this one but make sure you follow all the instructions, there's video's on youtube to help to.

My Tip

Keep a set of these in the frunk, just incase the tyre shop/ garage or recovery company dont have any, they are used for jacking the car up, don't let anyone lift the car without these as it could damage the HV battery pack and you won't be covered on warranty for damage.

My Tip

Unlike other makes of emergency tyre repair kits, this one uses a water based solution, so shouldn't make your tyre unusable as the tyre repair shop can easily wash it off prior to making a proper repair.

Tyre repair shops don't like these types of repair kits due to the mess but make sure to tell them/show them that this kit is water based and there should be no excuses from them trying to say they can't repair it (unless it truely can't be repaired)
